Terms of Use
The rules of the session.
Effective October 28, 2026. Using AI Rap Songs means you accept these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Your inputs and AI output.
You must have rights to your lyrics and prompts. The service processes them through third-party models, including EvoLink and Suno. Results may contain errors or unexpected content. Review them before use. We do not promise a particular voice, exact timing, commercial rights, exclusive copyright or a successful release. Personal use only pending verification of upstream music licensing.
Credits and access.
One song credit requests two versions. Google sign-in grants one free listen-only credit once. Promotional and referral credits are listen-only. Only songs made with purchased credits include owner MP3 downloads. Later purchases do not change existing free-song rights. Playback requires an active signed-in owner session; there are no public share links. Credits have no cash value. Failed generation restores the original credit type.
Recording retention.
Song audio and covers are available for 30 days after upload, then deleted. Download paid-credit MP3s within 30 days; free-credit songs remain listen-only throughout. Prompts, lyrics and generation metadata have no scheduled deletion and remain until you request deletion. Expiry does not remove credit or payment history. Public example audio is separate from private recordings.
Payments.
One-time Starter and Pro packs and an optional recurring Monthly plan are shown on Pricing. Monthly renews until cancelled; cancel before renewal using your receipt instructions or contact us. Remaining credits do not expire. Payments may be unavailable until payment configuration is complete. See our refund policy.
Referral credits.
Referral attribution lasts 30 days after a visit for a new verified Google account. An eligible friend receives 2 promotional credits and the referrer receives 6 after the first paid purchase. Self-referrals, matching email or IP-derived signup identity, suspended accounts and refunded purchases are excluded. Maximum 10 first-purchase rewards per referrer per UTC month. Purchase refunds withdraw associated rewards up to the available balance. No reward for a link share alone. We may reverse abusive bonuses. All referral songs remain listen-only.
Availability and responsibility.
AI generation depends on third-party availability and a site-wide daily cap. We may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
