Refund Policy

When a session does not work out.

Failed generation.

Failed or refused song generation automatically restores its credit to the original free or paid source. Input rejected by moderation is not charged. A slow recording is not automatically a failed recording; check My songs before submitting again.

Purchased credits.

If you were charged incorrectly or could not use purchased credits because of a technical issue, contact contact@airapsongs.com with the order ID and account email. We review requests individually under applicable consumer law. Approved purchase refunds withdraw the associated unused credits and related referral rewards. We do not guarantee refunds solely because a completed AI result does not match a subjective preference.

Monthly plan.

Cancel before renewal using your receipt or customer portal instructions, or contact us for help. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not itself refund a previous billing period. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
