What goes into the session, and where it goes.

Data we store.

We store your Google account email, display name, optional avatar, session, credit ledger, orders, referral attribution, submitted topics and lyrics, safety-check outcomes, generation status, song audio, optional cover images and song metadata. Do not submit sensitive personal information. Your generated songs are private and accessible only through owner-authorized endpoints.

Model providers and hosting.

EvoLink and its upstream text and Suno music providers receive the input needed for generation and moderation. Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private audio storage. Google handles authentication. If checkout is enabled, the selected payment processor handles payment details. We do not store card details.

Rate limits and analytics.

Daily free text limits use a salted, daily-rotating hash of the IP address for anonymous requests and your account ID when signed in. Signup anti-abuse hashes and referral cookies help prevent self-referrals. We record aggregate funnel events and country codes, not prompts or lyrics in analytics. HttpOnly session and referral cookies are used; no advertising cookies are needed.

Retention and deletion.

Song audio and cover images are available for 30 days after upload and are deleted from private storage after that period. Download paid-credit songs within 30 days. Submitted prompts, saved lyrics and generation metadata have no scheduled deletion; we keep them until you request deletion. Provider-side retention is governed by the provider’s terms. Request account or recording deletion at contact@airapsongs.com. Financial records may need to be retained where required.

Your choices.

You can sign out, choose not to submit lyrics, or request access, correction or deletion of your data. Rights vary by location. Your songs are never used as public example songs without separate permission.
